As part of our offering to give you an assessment and active advice for your health, lifestyle, diet and supplements through DrEroy.com (“Dr. Eroy”, “us”, “we”, “our”, “site”, “Company”, “Application”) we need to collect your personal information. We understand that information about your health is very personal. Therefore, we aim to always have the highest security and integrity for your personal information.

We seek continuously improvement to keep your details safe throughout our administrative and technical parts and always in the for front in abiding and applying federal, state and industry guidelines.

1.NOTICE CONCERNING CHILDREN

DrEroy.com or directly associated web pages are general audience sites, and do not direct any content specifically at children under 16 years of age. We understand and are committed to respecting the sensitive nature of children’s privacy online. If we learn that a Site user is under age 16, we will promptly delete any personal information in that user’s account.

2.1. WHAT BASIC INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

2.4 We ensure you that at all times during the term of this agreement, we will have a clearly labeled and easily accessible privacy policy in place relating to the site and that this privacy policy: (i) discloses to End Users that third parties may be placing and reading cookies on End Users’ browsers, or using web beacons or similar technologies to collect information in connection with the Google Trusted Stores program; and (ii) includes information about End Users’ options for cookie management.

3.1. WHAT DO WE DO WITH COLLECTED INFORMATION?

(a) Personal Information. We will not share your personal information with any third parties without your consent, except as necessary to provide you with the services offered by us or to comply with the law. We will use your information as a greater collection of data related to the site in traffic discussions in articles posted on the blog. If Company or substantially all its assets are acquired, customer information will be one of the assets transferred to the acquirer.

(f) Access to Information. Unfortunately, we do not maintain any procedures for you to review or request changes to the information that we collect about you, except that you may request that we remove all information about you from our database by contacting us in accordance with Section 6.1 below. Through the Application, you will be able to update some of your personal information, please look there first.

(e) Limitations on Deletion of Information.

You may request deletion of your Personal Information by us, however, we may be required (by law or otherwise) to keep this information and not delete it (or to keep this information for a certain time, in which case we will comply with your deletion request only after we have fulfilled such requirements). When we delete Personal Information, it will be deleted from the active database, but may remain in our archives and we may also retain Anonymous Information about your use of our services. Once we disclose some of your Personal Information to third parties, we may not be able to access that Personal Information any longer and cannot force the deletion or modification of any such information by the parties to whom we have made those disclosures. After we delete Personal Information, we may retain De-Identified Data and will continue to use De-Identified Data as permitted under this Site Privacy Policy.

But please be aware that no data transmission over the Internet or data storage facility can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
